Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a former school counselor with a heart for helping children build confidence, emotional awareness, and practical life skills. Over the years, I’ve supported students and families through anxiety, friendship struggles, behavior challenges, learning differences, and the everyday ups and downs of growing up.

Above all, I am a follower of Jesus, and my faith is the foundation of my life and work. My relationship with Him shapes how I view children, families, and the work I do each day. I believe every child is created with purpose and inherent worth — fearfully and wonderfully made — and I strive to serve families with grace, patience, and integrity.

My services are open to families of all backgrounds. For those who desire it, I am grateful to integrate faith into our conversations and support.

I believe children do well when they feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools that actually work in real life. My approach blends social-emotional learning with practical strategies families can use at home and in school settings.

Through The SEL Supply Co., my goal is to partner with families who want individualized, thoughtful support for their child — whether that’s building routines, strengthening self-regulation, navigating anxiety, or advocating for learning needs.

When I’m not working with families, you can usually find me spending time with my own family, being active, or creating new resources to make social-emotional learning simple and approachable.
